The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

Beautiful restored cottage, located in the center of the village in the heart of the Valle de Los Pedroches. Well-equipped, comfortable and charming. It's much prettier than it appears in the photos. There are 2 plants, but currently only the downstairs floor is available, so there is only 2 guests available, It has a fireplace in the central area of the house and sunny patio in winter. Very cool in summer. The municipal pool is next door and is magnificent.
