Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

A guest house in the Sierra's natural setting

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset. Beautiful stone house from the 50s, unique, quiet, comfortable, and a 2-minute walk from Mt. Two bedrooms with a 135 bed, one studio with a single sofa bed and another large sofa bed in the living room. Unique kitchen living room with a stove fireplace (with a stone oven). Kitchen equipped with all appliances. Charming garden with fruit, rose and hydrangeas, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the mountain view.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
