The stay was very good. The house is well equipped, clean and with a kitchen that makes the experience much easier, as it has everything you need to cook comfortably. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to improve the speed of communication a little, as the responses can be a little late. I would also recommend placing non-slip rugs at the entrance of the pool towards the kitchen and in the bathrooms, for security. Additionally, having larger trash receptacles would help prevent animals like cats from approaching and may cause inconvenience. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Super nice house! Super comfortable, clean. Right in front of the beach😍. Raul was very attentive to our stay and that everything was in order Tania and Brenda, the people in charge of the service, are very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended for families.

Very clean place and very comfortable! It was perfect for our stay. Definitely will be back to this Airbnb again and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a very cozy place to be while at the beach! The pool on the roof was perfect for still being outside and cooling down. Very lovely hosts and were kind to our group!

I have no complaints, just to say that everything is very clean and smells good from the moment you enter. Everything works well. The water in the showers doesn't feel salty like in most places on the beach. Everything is super accessible, relaxing to go with children. Highly recommended, we loved it. As seen in the photos .

The house is beautiful, a view of the sea from the ranch and spectacular pool, comfortable rooms, air conditioners that work super well, the helpers are very friendly people and made us feel very cared for. The sunbeds in front of the sea are wonderful! I recommend using them at night to see the stars! The social area of the house has no air conditioning but in reality we were hardly in the area of the house since we used the ranch in front of the beach a lot so it was not a major inconvenience. Another thing to take into account is the pool floor, especially if you go with children, it is a bit slippery but with flip flops nothing happens, just be careful that people wear them. We'll be back for sure!!

The house is in excellent condition and complies with everything described, the cleanliness and condition of the house in general (rooms, kitchen, bathrooms) is remarkable. As an observation, the house is close to the sea as described, but there is no beach where you can walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Iztapa, just steps from the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The property is spacious and well-kept, with lovely gardens, a pool, karaoke, and plenty of activities like fishing and boat rides. A big plus was the private beach shared only with nearby homes—perfect during Easter week. The staff was amazing—Mirza and Flori were so helpful with cooking and cleaning, and Josue, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (he even taught us to fish and had firewood ready for a bonfire!). The host was incredibly kind and attentive, staying in touch from the beginning and even visiting us during our stay. We highly recommend this place, we can’t wait to return!!

Location location location... Family friendly location and setup. Nice restaurant 50mts away... My family and I appreciated the fully setup kitchen, always convenient for a late night snack
