the place met all our needs, the backyard is amazing for spreading out and the AC is wonderful. we wanted something that felt like a we were In Colombia and this home did not disappoint. Astrid and colleagues helped us to celebrate a special occasion in a lovely way.

The venue exceeded my expectations, and I felt particularly secure. With all necessities within walking distance, you are essentially situated in the city's core. I will undoubtedly rebook this venue. If you aspire to experience the authentic culture and vibe of Cali, this venue is the perfect choice.

From the time of the reservation request, she was always very attentive and easy to communicate with; the neighborhood is very safe and close to the Jardín Plaza shopping center. Very comfortable room, the only thing was the TV signal, it was a problem with the provider that had no signal and at noon today the water went out. Very good service. 10/10

After over a decade of staying in Airbnbs across the globe, including many in Colombia, this has easily been the best experience by far. The apartment is outstanding: spacious, bright, airy, and impeccably comfortable. The beds are a dream, and the entire space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the incredible hospitality. Adela and Marcela went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely at home. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. The apartment was what is displayed in pictures, I enjoyed my stay. I think it is priced right and more comfortable than that price. Host is great. The hill up the dead end to the apartment is a little annoying, very safe, but the end of a walk being uphill can be a pain, take a taxi...I truly enjoyed everything though, I'll come again

We had a wonderful stay in Cali, thanks to this beautiful house. It was so nice to wake up, go to the living room, and hear the birds chirping. We had air conditioning in the rooms, which was helpful for the times of the day when it got warmer. I think the small room downstairs has a fan instead. We took my kids and my son loved the ping pong table. It was nice to be close to supermarket, banks and beautiful restaurants, You can definitely walk there but walking back we would prefer to use a Uber since the house is up a hill. My children also loved to Cali Zoo. Nathalia was a very responsive and great host.

I would definitely recommend this property. it’s good for around 3-4 comfortably. Most of the apartments here feel smaller to me, but this one was good. The bathrooms are also a little smaller in Colombia in general. The kitchen was great, space for about 2 people. The AC unit is in the living room. These are smaller, wall mounted, ac units that really only effect the temperature of the room they are in, maybe a small apt overnight. these apts do tend to get very hot in the warmer months, so because of temperature I did end up mostly sleeping on the futon. When I told the manager (via airbnb chat) about my issue concerning the temperature, they purchased an excellent fan that completely fixed the problem. They were responsive and polite. it is also very simple to air dry your clothing in the apt. the area is very safe and comfortable, family friendly is an understatement. Security is solid so there aren’t any concerns in safety here. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this airbnb so much, I booked for the rest of the month. Having a sauna and city views is breathtaking. It is a great location and is very safe.

I had an excellent stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well equipped, nothing is missing. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting. Lina was very kind and was always attentive to everything we needed. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Great place and location

I really liked the apartment. It's small, but it has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for resting after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, although at night it made some noise, as if it needed maintenance. Nothing serious, it did its job. During my stay it rained a lot and a little water leaked through the front door, but that was due to the weather, not something that depends on the host. The same with a neighbor who one morning played very loud music at 4:00 a.m.; fortunately they solved it quickly by calling the concierge. One thing that stands out is that the host was very friendly and flexible: she allowed us to leave a little later on the day of check-out, which we really appreciated. The parking lot is spacious, safe, and has a doorman with an automatic door. Also, if you go by car, you are close to several key sites in southern Cali. it's a simple, comfortable and well located place.

It was a great stay. Everything you need is within walking distance—restaurants, grocery stores, and a large mall nearby.

Catherine is an excellent host, she was very attentive to us from before we arrived in Cali and until the day we left. We were with my family at the end of the year and the apt met our expectations. Excellent location, very residential, with quite security and very quiet. We felt right at home as I had all the things that are needed for a 7-day stay. Highly recommended!!! My rating 10/10. We would definitely come back. If I went back to Cali I would definitely think of the Apto se Catherine to stay with my family!!! Catherine thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Sandra is very kind and the place was amazing, we enjoyed it a lot, it's close to everything and for some I don't know how relevant it is, but Rappi arrives very easily at this location, everything is very clean, always willing to respond, we arrived easily, everything was well equipped, and the decoration is very nice, if you are passing through Cali, I definitely recommend it

Dani was very kind, very attentive, and responded quickly. The apartment is just like the photos, spacious, very organized and everything perfectly clean. It is a very comfortable, quiet and pleasant place, free of noise, a place to rest, easy to get to, the unit is very nice and very clean!!! 100% recommended, I would definitely come back!!!

I liked it a lot! We had everything at hand, shopping centers and restaurants, the area is safe and quiet... I liked that in the apartment you have everything you need, such as the kitchen, you have everything useful for cooking, a dryer, an iron and even a patio to wash your things... I didn't feel like I needed anything
