Ideal suite for working from home, long stays, or staying for a few days. It is very bright, central, and quiet. It has 24-hour security, elevators, a patio, and a beautiful view. Very close to the financial center of the city, shopping centers, parks, and restaurants. It has a room with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so it's perfect for 1-3 people. Induction cooker, oven, and all the implements to make your stay very comfortable!

I had an excellent experience at Fernanda's apartment. It is a very cozy, comfortable and well-kept place. The location is ideal: it is close to a shopping centre, restaurants and other services, making it very practical to get around without having to go very far. Without a doubt, I recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

Felipe deserves his 5 star review. This home is in great shape and and the kitchen is very well stocked. Felipe was so good at communicating, he immediately responded and fixed quickly any issues we had. He also allowed us to have family over to visit and trusted us that we would take good care of his place. The guards were so kind as well. The building has a game room and movie room you can reserve for free. The location is absolutely amazing. 30 seconds walking places to many restaurants and like 1 minute walking distance to the movie theater. The super maxi is also just across the street. Everything was excellent. We would definitely come back in a heart beat. Thank you Felipe for your excellent service!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
