Very nice apartment, 2P, 65 m2, with parking, great location on the shores of Lake 2, leisure and business town between Marsa and Tunis. 15 min walk to the lake, 200 meters to Tunisia Mall and 500 meters to Hannibal Clinic. 15 min drive to the beaches of Gammarth, Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and downtown Tunis. A very high-standard apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Tunis. Lively neighborhood with shops, restaurants and all the shops you might need. Close to the Concorde Hotel and the Paris Hotel. The apartment is composed of a living room, two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Beautiful accommodation in a very nice house full of charm. It feels good as soon as you walk through the door. Close to shops, bus 347 which leads to the center of Tunis or Sidi Bou Said. The place is beautiful. I love the style with stones and beige marble everywhere. Perfectly equipped. At night you can hear the road a little in 2 of the bedrooms because they are on the road side (it is not a very busy road however). The master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) is quieter because on the harbor side. The rest of the accommodation is very quiet. The location is great, in a clean and quiet area of Tunis. Hedia welcomed us very warmly and made himself available even at 5am for our departure! We felt really good in this place. We would make the same choice again without hesitating!
