The house is 10 minutes from the center of the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha, 15 minutes from the city of Águeda and 20 minutes from Aveiro, 30 minutes from the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra. It is also about 1 hour from Porto and Coimbra.
