Beachfront holiday rental in Eixample

Everything was great. Awesome place close enough to be quickly in Barcelona and far away enough to get away from the big city stress at night.

Great stay at this big house. We were 8 and there was plenty of space for all. Great location. We had everything we needed to cook. We has a great time.

I think this is our 4th stay, that should say enough! Location, location, location!

The accommodation is very close to a train station that connects to the rest of the city of Barcelona. Access to the place is quick, it has everything you need to make the stay as if it were your home. Kerstin was very kind to help us with how to mobilize from the airport and waited for us on our arrival to give us all the necessary directions of the place. Next to the building there is a cafeteria with a very rich empanadas por if they like to have breakfast or lunch there. It also has a convenience store within walking distance.

Great property in a secure residential building with sea views. Location is good as the metro is a 10 minute walk. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a mall with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very gracious and responsive and promptly sorted out any issues we had and also provided additional consumables on request. The property had basic essentials like a coffee machine and beans, salt, pepper, etc besides cooking equipment. The apartment is at a low floor next to a highway so gets traffic noise in the morning rush hours, but it’s not much of an issue. The beds were quite comfortable. Overall, a cozy and comfortable space for our 1 week stay. Happy to recommend.

It feels like you're at home! The kitchen has everything, the rooms are fully equipped. For a family with a baby the place is very friendly. There is a private parking right next to the house with payment. The house was clean. We loved the tiles that reminded of what the old houses looked like as well as the doors of the rooms. The elevator is quite narrow you should close the baby cart to get it up. The house has many baby items: crib, plastic plates, potty,high chair. Teresa sent us food recommendations in the area and when we asked for an extra device she brought us one of hers to help us!! Theresa thanks for everything!

Had a wonderful stay! Only feedback I would give is that the check-out process is difficult if you are only one person. In order to leave the keys in the mailbox, you need to hold open the gate outside to leave. I would recommend finding another way to manage this process.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, quiet with beautiful views. We only had one unfortunate night, we couldn't enjoy the beach nearby and the pool. The call to visit Barcelona was more important. Harry was efficient and gave good advice. The best part is the safe underground parking space.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautiful house and location.

The place was absolutely amazing. Close to thr metro and buss stops. The staff was extremely!!! nice and really bubbly. It was overall an amazing stay the kitchen was equipped and the room was clean. We would definetely recomend this to others and also return here ourselves.🙃🙃🙃

Transportation is very convenient and easy to go at which subway station you go to.The space is very large and it is convenient to have a kitchen to cook on your own. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very poorly soundproofed, the sound of walking upstairs is very audible at all times, the back is right next to the restaurant and opening the door will be a smell of fumes.And although there is a note in the booking information, it is my first time encountering a room that does not include water and electricity.

My warmest recommendations for Zeltia's apartment. 100 meters from the Mediterranean, balcony overlooking the sunrise and the amazing sound of the waves rolling in over the sandy beach. 5 minutes to public transport, 5 minutes to the supermarket and 2 minutes to various restaurants and cafes.

Thanks to Sara & Noel for our moment spent at El Masnou in their appartment. The appartment itself is well located I'd you want to enjoy your time at the beach (many type of restaurants and activities are on the beach and near the sea front), to discover the city or to go to Barcelona. the train station of El Masnou is just near the Marina at less 100/200 meters from the apartment. A good spot to relax and chill for holidays, where you would like to come back!

Excellent stay with Carmen and Miguel, who are brimming with kindness and do everything to make their hosts feel comfortable. It felt like home! The beds are very comfortable and The apartment has everything you need for the holidays. The apartment is very well located 2 steps from the train station (direct train to the center of Barcelona in 25 min), but quiet on a street without cars. Secure parking available for a very small fee, a real advantage when you are by car. Recommended without hesitation!

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful view of the amazing La Sagrada Familia at night is priceless. The outdoor space is a calm oasis.

Patio was very private and relaxing. Views were great. Very comfortable unit, stylishly decorated and kitchen was well appointed. Neighborhood felt very safe.
