Two houses are connected to each other with a large terrace where you can enjoy the river view Here you can relax in a special way, hand in hand with nature. We have a sauna and swimming facility. Boat ride, bicycles included. We have an outdoor toilet Holiday with a special aura BBQ and making a bonfire. Delicious breakfast on pre-order for an additional fee. This 2-room apartment is located on the first floor in Viljandi Old Town, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Viljandi. The nearest shop is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins are a 10-minute walk away. There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

A place with fascinating history - over 90 years old former schoolhouse surrounded with nature. Now here is a basecamp for hikers and a vacation place for families and groups of friends. Our family lives in one part of the house, separately from guests. And we take only one booking at a time. Since our main activity is to arrange canoe trips and nature hikes - we are glad to organize you a canoe trip and introduce you local hiking trails, forests, bogs and sight-seeings.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
