Bus stop 50m away, route 42 runs about every 15 min. Close connection to mountains and sea, walking distance to light trail and hiking trail. Great surroundings to experience nature, mountain hikes and northern lights.

Du kan ta på deg skiene og gå rett ut bak huset og opp i ferdi preparerte skiløyper som også er belyste- eller gå opp fjellene for randonee etc. Denne villaen har egen takterrasse med fantastisk utsikt. Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available.
