Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

In dieser neu renovierten Unterkunft mit direktem Blick zu den Pferden werden Sie sich wohlfühlen. Die eigene Wohnung im EG bietet Platz für 4 Personen in zwei Zimmern. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelboxspringbrett 180x200 und das andere Zimmer mit zwei Betten 120x200 ausgestattet. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge. Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Die kleine Wohnung „Waldwinkel“ begeistert mit modernem Charme, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und einer sonnigen Terrasse zum Abschalten und Genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere Wellness-Lounge mit Badefass und Fass-Sauna (gegen Gebühr). Fotos wurden teilweise professionell bearbeitet (Licht/Farben optimiert).

They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.
