Beautiful home along the Colorado River. One bedroom and a large loft. Sleeps 6 comfortably. All the amenities included. There is a fire pit at the home (bring your own wood). WIFI included. Private boat launch within the community. Direct access to the desert if you're bringing your off road vehicles. Also available heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and laundry facilities. Our River vacation home is a great place to bring your RV's, campers , Dirt and water toys, 4 bedrooms 2 baths, air conditioning, lots of parking and and RV Parking with Septic Water and Power. We run the home on a 12KV Propane/Gas powered generator so there is plenty of power for A/C and RV hook ups. The River is less than 250' feet away and has a boat ramp and great shoreline anchorage, with over 20mi of river to explore in each direction. 30 miles S of Parker,AZ and 20 miles N of Blythe, CA

Charming river view cottage. 1 bedroom and sizable loft perfect for kids! Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage is a park model and although small, has everything your family will need to enjoy the river. This cottage is also our vacation home so we do keep some supplies there throughout the year. The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

Arizona Oasis River Getaway!

This is a cute 2 bedroom trailer in a gated community. It sets on a corner lot with a very short walk to the beach area in the park. There is a boat ramp if you need to launch any water vehicles you bring. This space sleeps 4 maximum. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and BBQ on the deck for grilling. It also has a clean fresh new set up in the full size bathroom. There is also access to sand dunes from this location for Sand riding as well.

Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

We needed a place to stay while driving long distance back to Southern California. We enjoyed a nice dinner prepared in the kitchen, and had a good night sleep before heading out early the following morning to beat the heat. We would have loved to stay a little longer to enjoy the river,...... next time.
