Holiday rentals with a patio in Egkomi

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

Well located, close to a supermarket and not far from downtown (about a 15-minute walk). With its own parking and all the equipment expected in a house. Smooth communication and flexibility when it comes to arranging something. Recommendable.

we had a lovely stay at Nephistos's. The center of Nicosia is easily accessible by foot and the buses in the center allow you to get to the beaches... Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and pleasant/responsive host. i would recommend

The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable for a family of four. It was just like the photos. It had all the amenities we could need. In a very quiet neighborhood where you felt safe. Any questions that came up with her help was immediate. He also helped us on an excursion we wanted to organize. Thanks for everything. If we come back to Nicosia we will definitely choose it again!!

The house was very clean and functional. The furniture was modern and in good condition. Bed sheets and towels were clean. The house will be much more comfortable if a microwave and a drinking water bottle are supplied for the future. Overall I left happy, I might consider keeping it again in the future. Thank you.

Great villa and spectacular views, we had a fantastic holiday

So pleased to have found this accommodation. It's in a great location just a short walk away from the center of Bellapais (be prepared for a short steep hill though!). The home was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The view was just incredible and could be enjoyed from the hottub! Self checkin was really easy, and the host could not have been any more helpful. We will definitely book again!

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

50 meters to the main street, 50 meters to the grocery store in Nicosia, very close to the Gönyeli circle, so our transportation was very comfortable. Ms. Zeynep's kindness was a huge plus to reach her almost every hour and answer our questions. Most importantly, we felt the cleanliness of the house and the amenities like our own home, you can keep it carefree in every way. A spacious house, pillows and linens are very clean, which we liked the most, was that it was hygienic, and we did not experience a single negativity. Really good value for money. The place was spotless! really clean bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Peaceful location. Photos dont do it justice... Host met us with the keys - can walk to the local shops and short drive to main town.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!
