Excellent séjour, dans une maison spacieuse et très bien située. Air climatisé très utile et fonctionnel ! L'espace est très satisfaisant. La salle à manger- salon est adaptée aux personnes venant travailler et ayant besoin de place pour se réunir ou brancher des ordinateurs. Je recommande cet endroit et notre équipe serait très heureuse d'y retourner pour un prochain projet !

O locație excelentă - spațiu suficient de mare și bine organizat atât în casă, cât și în curte. Am stat un weekend la această unitate de cazare alături de cățelul nostru. Gazda a comunicat cu noi foarte eficient și a fost foarte săritoare, mereu la dispoziția noastră. Distanța până la plajă: *10 minute cu mașina. *nu am explorat și pe jos, e o distanță care poate fi făcută, nimic imposibil, însă depinde cine face acest traseu și când (mă refer la vară când, din cauza căldurii, toate distanțele ne par mai greu de parcurs). Casa este echipată cu tot ce e nevoie pentru a petrece timp de calitate acolo - bucătărie cu de toate, două băi funcționale, două dormitoare, sobă funcțională în care se poate face focul, spații comune amenajate, zonă de dinning, foișor și grătar. Nu există TV - aviz familiilor cu copii sau pasionaților. :) Dacă sunteți în căutarea unei oaze de verdeață în apropierea mării, acesta este locul perfect!

Our stay at Iancu's property was truly delightful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days filled with sun and sand so convenient. Iancu and his son, Costin, were both great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. In short, they are gracious hosts, always available and incredibly flexible with our needs, making us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an easy time navigating and enjoying the space. The access to beach umbrellas and chairs was the icing on the cake, making our beach days even more relaxing. We would happily stay at Iancu's property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachside retreat, or a stay in Constanta, esp. for those with kids and pets! Thank you, Iancu, for a wonderful experience!

The communication with George was smooth and effortless. It was my parents' first time traveling alone, and George and his family gave them a warm welcome. They were picked up from the train station in the evening and brought them to the accommodation. George was always available for any questions. The room had everything needed for a short stay, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Thank you George for taking such good care of my parents!

Ein modern eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse und hübschen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Dusche ebenerdig. Mit einem Mietauto kann man von dem Ort aus sehr schöne Touren machen. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants im Ort und am schönen See mit schönen Boulevard zum spazieren gehen. Ana ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste und antwortet auf Fragen sehr schnell. In der Beschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, dass das Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus problemlos möglich ist. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ana was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, professional and kind! I actually booked the flat for my mom and she was amazed with the service and confort, plus Ana's attention to detail when it comes to interior design and equipping the room with all the necessary elements! Un apartament dragut, privelistea frumoasa!

Un studio cochet, decorat cu bun gust, spațios. Bine utilat și curat. La 30m de plaja 🤩. Complexul are mai multe piscine. Gazdele de nota 10! Reactivi, amabili, instrucțiunile sunt clare și precise. Recomand 💯 %

Ich habe eine Woche im Winter in Emilias Unterkunft verbracht. Emilia war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 8. Stock, in einem Gebäude direkt am Meer. Es war sehr sauber und umfänglich mit Putzmitteln für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Das Wifi hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vom Fenster aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.

Suntem la a doua noastră ședere, la fel de frumoasa ca prima. Un apartament cu vedere superbă la mare, pe faleza, curat, dotat cu tot ceea ce ai putea avea nevoie. Recomand fara ezitare.

Были семьей в июне двое суток, остались очень довольны. Новейший ремонт, есть всё необходимое - посуда, белье, утюг, фен…)) и особенно шикарный вид с балкона на котором можно встретить рассвет. Спасибо за гостеприимство 😍

Catalina was an amazing host. She was really fast in answering and helping. The place looks amazing, a lot of space and really quiet place. Definitely it is a great place if you want to stay in Eforie and avoid the noise of the center, but still enjoy a short walk to the beach. The host, amazing, the place - perfect, the location - ideal.

Foarte curat,binisor pozitionat ca si distanta de plaja(nu este distanta mare intre locatie si plaja maxim 7'de mers pe jos) Foarte prietenoasa,m a ajutat sa fac check in mai devreme avand in vedere ca am venit cu copilul,a inteles si s a si rezolvat! ca si raport calitate pret chiar recomand! fff ok..totul de la curatenie pana la canapeaua si patul confortabile! Am sa revin cu siguranta deci 5* multumim inca odata!
