It’s fully furnished including: tv, Internet, towels, pots/pans, cups, plates, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, etc. It’s a family affair: The home is thoroughly cleaned by my mother and managed by my sister. Ask about optional pre-arrival concierge service that includes picking up groceries, flowers, or other errands prior to your arrival.

Cows, horses, donkeys, chickens, guineas and dogs and cats live on the working farm. The cabin offers all the amenities of home. A comfortable queen mattress in loft is accessed by ladder. Plush, comfortable couch. Electric fireplace gives cozy, campy feeling. Full size shower with soft well water. Minutes off Hwy 64 convenient to Tarboro, Rocky Mount and Greenville.

The Stowe Away 2

The Stowe Away 2 is located just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away like apartments but completely separate houses. This house has three bedrooms, two baths, living, dining, kitchen and laundry room. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between The Stowe Away 2 and The Stowe Away...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use (shared) .Also there is a gas fire pit (also shared between the houses)

You’ll stay off the 18th hole at Scotfield Country Club. Catch the best sunsets from the mailbox, relax on our large back deck and soak in the peaceful sounds of country life away from it all. We’re the only mobile home in this small getaway community.

Take a stroll to such spots as City Lake, the disc golf course, dog park, Chico’s Mexican Restaurant, and much more. You’ll be only a mile away from Historic Downtown and the Rocky Mount Mills campus!

Welcome to October Farm! Located on the Historic Albemarle Trail (the oldest heritage trail in the southeast) we are a one-hundred acre farm with views of forest and farmland. We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Attending a wedding, visiting family or travel ball, we are glad to be your host.

Please follow directions for location of cabin and parking. Small cabin with full size bed great for 1 or 2 guests. Located on 90+ acres of horse and cattle ranch. Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. We look forward to having you stay with us! Larger Bunkhouse available for parties of 4-6. Horse layover available for additional fee. Pets $30/night.

As part of the oldest house in Tarboro (built 1785), this two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the historic district (including the newly enacted social district!) in downtown Tarboro. Come enjoy all Tarboro has to offer while sitting on the front porch or the screened in back porch. The unit has one king bed and one full bed, easily fitting 4 people. There is a full kitchen and one bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
