Holiday rentals with beach access in Edam-Volendam

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The Hosts were very lovely and friendly, we got a lot of recommendations for the surrounding area and Amsterdam which we couldn’t sadly all do in three days but we’ll be happy to be back and to see all the other things! We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place for everyone. It’s a cozy and quiet place, but especially in August - when the Fair in Hoorn starts - there’s a lot to do and see! Thank you for the beautiful weekend.

Everything perfect, felt like home! So much personality in one house!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est à proximité du centre de Hoorn ce qui permet de tout faire à pied (proche d’une boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants etc).

Lovely host, lovely place! Quiet, clean, simple. The apartment is just as described, and communications could not have been better. Excellent spot to stay - easy transit connections, options to walk and explore nearby.

the house had everything we needed, and Terisa always answered . the house is a bit far from Amsterdam by public transport so take it to consideration. we had a good time in the house with a very kind welcoming when we came. great value for money!

Erg mooie locatie, heel dicht bij t centrum. Belangrijk om te melden is dat er geen parkeerplaats is voor de auto. 500 meter verderop is een gratis parkeerplaats. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Eerst de bagage afzetten en dan de auto naar de parkeerplaats brengen, ging goed (eenrichtingsverkeer). Het huisje is modern en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Treinstation en bushalte zijn vlakbij om de verdere omgeving met t OV te verkennen. In de tuin staat een schuurtje waar je evt je eigen/gehuurde fietsen kwijt kunt. Het is een rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij t centrum! Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader.

Menno’s place is a beautiful apartment with a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds (lovely bed linen!) and in a fantastic location. We were 3 adults (senior mother and two adult daughters), and we used the two bedrooms and the upstairs room. Menno’s friend Ken met us with the key and was very helpful at check in. Ken and Menno were excellent and available in communication and we appreciated the welcome basket! The location is in a lively area, and although some music etc could be heard in the upper bedroom (we stayed during the Liberation Day long weekend), there main two bedrooms were protected from street noise by closing the hallway door. Stairs are a consideration if traveling eirh anyone with a mobility impairment, and the kitchen is not suitable for young children, however these are noted in the listing. Getting back to the train station was 5 minutes on foot. We’d love to return to Hoorn and would definite consider another stay at Menno’s apartment if it is available.

Besser geht's eigentlich nicht. Die Unterkunft ist noch größer als erwartet und perfekt für 9 Leute. Die Lage ist sehr gut und fast alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Rene’s home is in a lovely location next to the walking trail along a canal and very close to Julian Park and a short walk to the Harbor. We enjoyed riding the included bikes along the lake towards Enkhuizen . His home has a very well supplied kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The upstairs room with kitchen and living room and large table had lots of natural light and was a delightful area to “hang out”. Washer and dryer in garage are also very helpful.

The Dutch Buoy is a fantastic place . The location is perfect for day-trips and a haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, and there is also lots to do in the village of Monnickendam itself! We went to several of the restaurants for breakfast and dinner and found them to offer delicious food and exceptional service. There are multiple local busses you can utilize to get into the city and other locations. We will definitely try and come back again!

schöne Lage um fußläufig Alkmaar zu erkunden

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Our short vacay was really nice at Suus‘ place :) Everything was like described and we felt really comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect, especially for us as a family with a toddler. We can really recommend it!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Alles war sauber und sauber ausgestattet. Man kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen und hören. Die Schlafzimmer konnten super abgedunkelt werden. Henk war jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Wohngebäude. Dennoch war es total ruhig und erholsam! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in der Stadt mit Supermarkt, keinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat es ausnahmslos gefallen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una casa fantastica, todo perfecto, si es una casa pequeña pero para 2 personas es perfecta, muy íntima y cerca de la estación y de los comercios principales. Un sitio fantástico!

Tess’s place is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Tess met us for check in to show us the beautiful accommodations. She provided local recommendations. What I appreciated the most was the extra touches she put into making the place feel special. There were live flowers in vases, a bottle of wine, waffles, and coffee ready for us. I found everything to be just perfect.

Kleines aber feines Apartment, Strand, Parkplatz, Zentrum und Naturschutzpark fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Maries Apartment! ☀️

Gostamos muito do alojamento pela sua localização relativamente aos pontos turísticos do país. Os anfitriões sempre muito simpáticos e super rápidos a responder ás mensagens. Apesar do quarto ser dentro da casa deles nunca sentimos falta de privacidade e tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos dentro do quarto :)
