The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

On the 2nd floor, a sauna and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea invite you to relax. Two parking spaces and a shed for bicycles are available.
