It is not available for tourist rentals; instead, it must be rented for work-related, personal, or family reasons, etc., and the tenant must reside outside Madrid. Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this apartment, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.** ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
