Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this apartment, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.** ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
