Incredible remodel on this River Front location! Close to town, Yosemite and Bass Lake! The Trees and view are gorgeous! Open floorplan with dining room living room and kitchen island combo. Family room with luxury reclining leather sofa and chairs. Three bedrooms and two baths. Additional enclosed patio room with pool table and a/c and additional frig. Big yard with horseshoe pits, lots of room to roam and adjacent to Nelder Creek below the Fresno river merge. Wildlife. Many amenities!

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.
