Great host! Responsive and helpful with any issues during our stay. The front desk is there 24/7 for security and check in/check out. The apartment itself is great! The AC was amazing and the amenities were good. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was clean and easy to use. I loved the pool and rooftop view. The area was safe and the cafe/bar downstairs was great for late night snacks. Would stay again!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Nakua and it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, making me feel instantly comfortable. Despite being located in a bustling area, the noise level was surprisingly decent, allowing for a peaceful stay. The presence of a helpful doormen especially Eddie, was a huge plus. He went above and beyond to assist guests, when I encountered unforeseen circumstances. Shoutout to Eddie's willingness to assist customers further enhanced the overall satisfaction of my stay. Moreover, the location was ideal, with numerous restaurants nearby and easy access to essential amenities. I felt safe exploring the area, thanks to its secure surroundings. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option in Provenza.

My group of 11 had such a phenomenal experience. The location is in the heart of Poblado, but still in an area that is not overly loud or too crowded with traffic. We loved the unique spaces the hotel offered with the rooftop bar and the hot tub space as well. Everything about this property was great and I would definitely visit again. While there were light renovations, our host made sure our stay was comfortable and that my group had everything that we needed! I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Medellin. Lastly the staff was amazing, everyone was super helpful, very kind and made sure we were all comfortable.

Milton has a beautiful property in a great location that offers everything as advertised and more. He was very responsive the whole stay and always checking in to make sure everything was great while I was there. It made me feel at home. He also set up a ride from the airport which I highly recommended you use if you’ve never been to Medellín.

Beautiful location right on the water. Double kayaking at our disposal for a stroll on the lake. Close to good restaurants. Beautiful view! The only downside is that we did not have WIFI due to a problem but it is not their fault.

The room is extremely comfortable, with a luxury hotel style. Connexcelent beds and very good air conditioning, which provides a fresh atmosphere even on the hottest days. Carlos was always very attentive and decisive if you have any questions. The facilities are nice and well kept. Although it does not have a parking lot, you can leave the vehicle on the street as it is located in a commercial and safe sector. While the room has no windows, the lighting provided by the light bulbs is more than enough, so we do not feel that they were necessary. As for the noise of the sector, we do not perceive it in the evenings, although in the morning, around 7:30 am, the gym that is located on the ground floor is a little heard. However, as we used to get up early, it didn't bother us. In addition, Carlos made it easier for us to use the fridge to store food and drinks a 10 out of 10 Super Recommended experience

This is the 3rd time staying here. As far as location it’s one of my favorites. Right in the heart of all the action. Bars, clubs, restaurants are all walking distance. The place is always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Our host Gabriel was great. Anything we needed he took care of or recommend things to do in the are. Would definitely come back anytime.

Juliana’s listing is great, specifically for anyone who works remotely and wants to be away from heavy noise but still in a central location. Internet is strong and the unit itself came with everything I needed for a 2 and a half week stay. Juliana’s team was also very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Jean at the front desk was very proactive, communicative and went above and beyond in terms of assistance throughout my stay. Other members of the team who assisted in my accommodations were Matteo and David (who speaks flawless in English) at the front desk and Uber and Walter from security. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Can't say enough great things about this place, HIGHLY recommend the Presidential Suite if you are traveling with a group in Medellin. The room is beautiful with a massive heated pool and jacuzzi seats, great sound system, large bedrooms, steps from the entrance, access to the rooftop pool, attentive and friendly staff, guests allowed, 24 hour room service, etc. Will be back!

Few are the places and people who mark or leave their mark on those travelers who were just looking for a place to rest. This was the case, Simon the host and his girlfriend have made this beautiful estate a piece of paradise on earth. The place is super quiet and cozy. Clean and self-sustainable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and we shared a very pleasant time during dinner. I would return to Rio Negro JUST for hosting me again on a GREEN MOON.

Amazing place with a beautiful vibe. It can get a bit chilly over night but they provide a small heater that does the trick. I would suggest bringing some good bug repellent as you are in the middle of the jungle.

10 out of 10!! The place is just as they describe it and in the photos. A lot of space, place for many people, it has good equipment but things in the kitchen can be improved like, medium-sized pots and more glasses and utensils for the asado. Lina and Gabriel all the time were super aware of us, helping with everything we needed. The estate is beautiful, it has a very nice time in this place. Highly recommended!!
