Consumption is paid according to meter, electricity DKK 3.95 per kWh I reserve the right to increase the price, water DKK 79, - per m3, the landlord read at check in and check out and sends the collection of real consumption after check out.

A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.
