We are located in the middle of the Kunshan Science Park and the center of Tainan City. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the interchange and the high-speed rail. There are many options for shopping or dining due to the proximity to the Kunshan Science Park and the Dream Era of Nanfang. The Space: Provides a private space of 30 sq. ft. on the entire floor. Guest access: The entire floor includes two double rooms, one single room, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and common areas such as a living room. Other things to note: * Pet friendly, but if there is damage caused by pets, you may need to pay for some repairs or cleaning.* No smoking indoors (you can smoke on the balcony, do not throw cigarette butts), chewing betel nuts, taking drugs, or having parties.* Do not make loud noises late at night, destroy items, or take out items. * The kitchen is not available for cooking, but the rest of the appliances are available. * Free board games and electric mahjong tables are available (please refer to the instruction manual for electric mahjong tables, human damage or loss of mahjong requires partial repair costs) * After checking out, place the key card on the living room table.

Hi everyone This is the warehouse alley. We are Sanwa & Ting This is a renovated old house, a three-story house, located in a quiet alley in the East District. The first floor is a common space with a large long table at the entrance to reminisce, and an old dining table when you cross the stairs and walk into the kitchen to share Tainan's authentic snacks. The kitchen is not open for cooking. The second floor is two rooms with their own bathrooms to rest well. Most of the furniture here comes from the rough vision of Sanwa in his middle age, and the naughty embellishment of Ting. So we tried to decide on some little things. For example ⎓ Uncompromising sleep quality - Sikken teak bed frame and mattress in the room ⎓ Try using the German Villeroy & Boch horse built for the European body type Toilets, sinks and German GROHE faucet hardware And ⎓ Another one uses the Japanese TOTO full bathroom facilities ⎓ Four people can enjoy the entire building In addition, the refrigerator is stocked with milk, a bottle of iced tea, and coffee that you need to brew yourself. We do not provide any disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, bath towels, shampoo and shower gel. Because the alley is narrow, please park your car in the nearby parking lot. We are currently not open to pets. Lastly Sanwa wants me to tell you Her handmade noodles are currently only available for guests to experience. I am Stanley, because I used to wander abroad, I finally returned to Taiwan and found this apartment. After renovation, I stayed here and brought the warmth of living in the United States back to Taiwan. The basic equipment has been roughly completed. My friends came to the house for a party and felt like a B&B. I was recommended to rent and share with friends, so I personally feel that this is a place to have a good sleep after a small drink and chat, so everyone is welcome to come and play. Please rest assured that I will pack my luggage and wander around when you come, and will not disturb you.

Near Da-tong night market. 1 minute walk to a bus stop (Line 6) and a T-Bike stop. A 5-10 walk to National Cheng Kong University. There are convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. This newly renovated industrial-styled hostel is the perfect choice for families, and can house up to seven guests. The first floor of our bnb is the lounging area, which offers a coffee machine, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a water dispencer.
