Montecito/Santa Barbara dining and Funk Zone are walkable or minutes away by car. Early morning sun will make every cell in your body smile.

This private studio offers a fully renovated 1-bedroom, a renovated full bath, living room area, and a kitchenette with all stainless steel appliances. The bedroom is equipped with a mini-split AC and heater for year-round comfort. The studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. The home is one mile away from Downtown and the beach. Perfect stay for a couple; not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown, so street noise can be heard during commuting hours.
