My family and I, had a great experience with Carrie. Carrie was incredibly informative, provided tons of recommendations and even went as far as to give us some amazing recipes to try out. Carrie’s house was exactly what we were looking for, private but close proximity to the city. My kids were thrilled with the back yard, playing on the swings and jumping on the trampoline. My experience couldn’t have been better. Carrie was accommodating from start to finish and would definitely recommend her for anyone traveling to the Austin area.

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home. The home itself is stunning. It’s nestled in the Tarrytown neighborhood in Austin. The pool was exquisite. The home had lots of added touches like luxury linens and towels, and the showers felt like the ones at the spa. This home was extremely conducive for families with children, as it had a play room and lots of extra space. We were sad when our trip was over and hope to come back and stay again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We had a memorable stay celebrating a special family milestone. The house is beautiful—spacious, tastefully decorated, and filled with natural light. Each room felt welcoming with beautiful plants and thoughtfully chosen, comfortable furniture throughout. The outdoor spaces were just as inviting, with a front lawn, and multiple seating areas in the back, including a hammock, and an equipped firepit for evening gatherings. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. The path to the water is not for people with mobility issues, but once you’re there, it’s peaceful and worth the effort. The hosts generously provided kayaks, pool noodles, and a generosity of fresh towels. The showers were gorgeous and strong, and the house was so well-stocked that we didn’t need a thing. Honestly, we could have spent the whole trip just enjoying the house and property. The host was friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Very awesome hosts and lovely space to rent for a few days!

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

Enjoyed my stay at this location. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and was very clean.

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

The unit was spotless, very clean, with lots of new appliances. Fully stocked with the essentials and some extras. Really comfy and spacious bed. Washer and dryer was a plus. Easy to find. The only thing was the courtyard of the complex looked pretty old. Once inside, I was really pleased with the quality of the unit and the price. Mikhail set up everything nicely. Thanks.

I stayed in the apartment for SXSW, and it was fantastic. It was ideally located, incredibly spacious, and peaceful, with 24/7 access. I highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Cata’s place! The grounds were beautiful, quiet, and so very peaceful. The pool was lovely (and deep!) with comfy loungers all around. Our room was extremely cozy, with the perfect little kitchen. My dog and I had a wonderful and peaceful time! I miss being there already!

The house is just beautiful. Originally, we booked the Garden room but due to an issue with one of the beds she upgraded us to the master room with no problem. She was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The homemade bagels and cinnamon rolls were delicious!

Her care and love are felt in every detail, and her presence as a host is just as serene as the name implies. This isn’t just a getaway—it’s a reset for the soul. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Square Inn in Wimberley, TX! The location couldn’t be better—just a block off the city square, where you’ll find an amazing selection of restaurants, art galleries, unique shops, and even candy stores. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Wimberley has to offer. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the breakfast! Lloyd prepared an incredible spread, including crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits with rich, flavorful gravy, and the best grits we’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to start the day. We wholeheartedly recommend Square Inn to anyone visiting Wimberley. The combination of a prime location, clean and cozy accommodations, and an unbeatable breakfast makes this a top-notch choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

This place is beautiful, peaceful and serene. I brought my dog and we had a lot of area to explore on the property. Helen is a fantastic host and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the latte with the homemade scone topped it off. Really enjoyed watching the eclipse with Helen and her guests. Very memorable. Thank you Helen, I loved every minute of my stay!

Wonderful place just outside of downtown Wimberley. Quiet and beautiful. Just what we needed for a getaway!

my perfect lil getaway, that i just can’t stay away from. this maybe my 5th or 6th time staying here at this beautiful B&B. relaxation is what i keep coming back for, from the delicious home cooked breakfast every morning to the lovely backyard and the perfect pool to cool off in. Ron and Susan are the sweetest couple and have really made this B&B feel like you’re right at home; if you’re looking for a perfect staycation close enough to austin this is the one!

Such a cute little bnb with so much thought and detail put into giving the space a Texas feel! Would definitely come back here for a longer stay in Dripping!
