Clutter free and private accomodation..Close to Alexander. Good if you have a group of four and are looking to mountain bike in or around Alex. Recommended 👍

Had an absolutely fabulous time ,great accommodation easy walking distance to everything . Numerous restaurants and bars nearby Good local bus link to Queenstown if you didn’t feel like driving , and of course scenery to die for. We had an amazing 2-night stay at Sian’s beautiful Arrowtown accommodation. The views of the sunrise over the mountains were outstanding, and we loved the crisp Central Otago weather. The house feels like a true home — not like your standard NZ builds, but thoughtfully designed with great touches like underfloor heating and massive glass sliding door to capture the views and morning hot air balloon flights. The kitchen was quick and easy to use, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast items, drinks, and even a little present for our dog! Perfect location close to Arrowtown — for autumn festival. We will definitely stay again!

The place was both cosy and classy! The hosts were very prompt on responding leading up to check in and also making sure we have settled in well. We had 3 elderly, 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby! The 2 bathrooms and layout of rooms worked well for us. We even had a visit from a baby hedgehog and a cat which was super exciting! Thank you for hosting us!

We are a couple in our late 30's who were looking for a quiet location we could go in and out of and have time to chill out comfortably if needed. Lake Hayes was a great location as its right next door to Arrowtown and just 25 minutes from Queenstown waterfront. It's a great gateway to all the towns like Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Gibbston, Lake Tekapo etc. A great alternative to Queenstown. Peter and Jilly are lovely hosts and have a beautiful home overlooking what looks like an oil painting landscape! There are trees and rolling hills and gardens and birdsong, frost in the chilly mornings, and snow capped Coronet peak - it was just a stunning location. Their house is modern and has beautiful high ceilings and is well equipped with everything you need.

It was nice and clean. Most of stuff we needed for a short stay were there. Good wifi. Good communication. Owner does her best to give us comfortable stay. Just two things we founded hard was Parking space: It was a steep drive way and not much space to turn car around. We parked our car on the road top of the driveway most of the time or turned it around at the parking spot when another car wasn’t parked out side of our door. Bathroom basin: it was very small and not enough space to put anything around and almost impossible to do dishes which owner requested us to do. No dish soap so we had to use a hand soap.

Excellent unit for 1 or 2 people. Modern, very private and very clean and tidy. Good off-street parking in a good area of town. Nice touches to include tea, coffee and a few things in the fridge. I highly recommend this place and Michael as a host.

Darlene was an amazing host! She was very responsive and genuinely friendly, consistently checking in on us ensuring we had everything we needed. The place was pristine and beautifully maintained and we felt right at home. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful stay in Cardrona! The cottage was very spacious and comfortable for our group. The access to the hot tub was a great luxury, due to the cold weather and was great for relaxing. Sam left very clear instructions for us, was very responsive and all around a great host! Would recommend this stay:)

Shantelle's property Cottage on Centennial was amazing. Excellent location close to Arrowtown, very peaceful and a beautiful house. Spotlessly clean on our arrival, great parking, had all the amenities we required, and the bath was extra special. Shantelle is a very proactive host and answers any queries very quickly. The property was in excellent condition, easy to tell it is well loved. Really nice outdoor area and back yard. We loved our stay, and will definitely come back next time we travel to Arrowtown. Highly recommended.

Harley is very nice and helpful. Really looking forward the dwelling after full renovation. It would be very great.

Not in the busy Queenstown (heavy traffic) but very close to the airport and other must see sights.

We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. We felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. It struck the perfect balance: private and peaceful, yet just a short drive or bike ride to some good restaurants. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space so comfortable. The highlight for my family was Rusty — the hosts’ friendly dog who quickly became a daily companion and source of joy for my child. Watching them play together was such a delight and added an unexpected charm to our visit. This was easily one of our favourite BnB experiences and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a restful, well-located getaway with heart.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agnesa's place. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighbourhood. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean. We loved the layout and style of the house. Would love to stay again.
