An ideal base to explore the stunning Isle of Skye and to then come home to relax and sit whilst watching the sun setting. Studio 1 at Knott Cottage is a purpose built retreat for 1 or 2. Thoughtfully designed to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price. It offers vaulted ceilings, an open layout with under floor heating, a well equipped kitchen and a luxury shower room. Situated 100 metres from a sheltered bay with stunning views over Loch Snizort Beag, the Studio is an idyllic base to visit Skye's many attractions. Sea Eagles, seals, otters and porpoises can be seen from the picture window.

Set below the Trotternish ridge Taigh 'n Rois has panoramic views across Staffin and the Quiraing and is a perfect base to explore the amazing scenery and impressive Jurrasic landscape of north Skye. The kilt rock, Old Man of Storr and the famous dinosaur footprints are all nearby.

Traditional Croft House, Uig, Isle of Skye

12 Idrigill is a traditional Highland croft house which has been fully renovated and extended. It is located on a two acre croft in Uig with a large enclosed garden, with trees, shrubs, lawn and wild flower areas surrounding the house. There is parking for several cars. The front of the house has views across Uig bay, where you can sit and watch the comings and goings of the fishing boats and the ferry to the Outer Isles from Uig pier.

Stunning views of Uig Harbour in North Skye. Handy for pub, restaurant, filling station. Uig has The Fairy Glen and is about 5 miles from the famous Quiraing. There is one double bed and two large bunk beds, each the same size as a standard single bed. The accommodation is self catering, with tea, coffee, cereals, eggs etc. supplied. TV and Wi-fi. 30 paces from parking to the door. Towels and linen supplied.
