A comfortable space, a wonderful view, a breeze that was enjoyed day and night. The apartment is very comfortable, practical and rebonito. Hosts who are very attentive and helpful at all times. We went out very satisfied and with nice memories.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

Everything about our stay was remarkable! The flat is modern and with all the amenities, felt right at home. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, relax, the rooms were very spacious. The location was great, we were looking for a quiet beach front place to have a few days of quiet, and it was absolutely perfect! The shared amenities (pool, lounges, pool bar) were pretty quiet, just a few other people. We had a great time

We had a great time in the accommodation ,it is a quiet place and has everything within reach .. everything matches the photos , elnespacio is very comfortable, well equipped , and has everything to make you feel at home. We really liked it, we look forward to being able to return.

The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures and description. The cleanliness of the place, as well as the directions were very accurate, and we were able to communicate easily with the hosts. A very nice place with nearby roads that allowed us to reach different places quickly.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Very nice accommodation and always very attentive to us, we would rent again. Highly recommended. There was only one issue with the electricity that went out for a few hours, but it was not the host's fault, but something external and it only happened once. However, he was always attentive. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful location with the feeling that it feels like a private beach due to the peace of the surrounding area. All house areas are spacious and have that beach feel. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. Carlos is very helpful . Abel and his wife were always ready for what we needed . Villa Kakashki is a place you should visit if you want to have an unforgettable vacation.

A very good apartment! We went as a family for a week and everything was great. Communication with Branda is always fast and effective. If what you want is tranquility and peace on your vacation, then this apartment is ideal since it is in a very nice residential complex, with few apartments and many meters of beachfront, so it makes you feel disconnected. The apartment has everything you need to rest. If you want to go out to restaurants and/or tourist attractions you need to have a car to get around because the residential area is far away. An ideal place to enjoy as a family, very comfortable beds, pleasant space. The apartment is on the waterfront. Enjoy a cute pool. There is an oxxo 5 minutes away, a BBVA bank, and more convenience stores like the European one, Pastelería Tere Cazola, all close to the place. Antonio is a very good Host. He was always aware of our stay. It is essential to have a vehicle to move independently to nearby villages since transportation services via application do not always have availability to the place of accommodation.

The host answered all my questions and attended me whenever I required it. The interior design is very nice, tasteful, it creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Her food recommendations were very good.
