Holiday rentals with beach access in Dutch Cul de Sac

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Le studio était très propre, l’entrée de la résidence était également propre et sécurisée. Le quartier n’est pas extraordinaire mais est très proche du centre de Marigot, accessible rapidement à pieds. Juliette est venue m’accueillir au port pour me conduire à l’appartement, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Parvesh and his wife were very helpful. Since it is the off-season, the price is lower and the beach is quiet. And that is what I was looking for.

Loved this place! It was just as described. The beach was just steps from our building. It was great having them pick us up at the airport and take us back. We rented a car from them for just three days so we could go to other parts of the island but we were there for nine days. We could walk to all the great restaurants and shops so we didn’t waste money on a rental car the rest of the time. Can’t wait to go back and stay at the same place.

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as described and perfect for a couple. Spent most evenings watching the sailboats in the harbor from our balcony. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that i wasnt made aware that i needed to provide my own toliet paper (only 2 were provided for 8 nights). We were lucky to have a car and be able to run back to store again, but most airbnbs either provide enough or tell you prior to bring your own. The pool was nice, and i enjoyed it daily. We did have A LOT of difficulty finding the building, but that is our fault for not being able to read french LOL. Downloads those maps before you get there! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

superbe emplacement, au calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. coquette maisonnette très bien équipée avec ses petits jardins arborés, un petit paradis. Je recommande à 100%, hâte d'y retourner.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

Our stay at Cheryl's spacious Airbnb was an excellent experience. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. We traveled with children and Cheryl's house had some toys and children's beach equipment. The house is located very central in Philipsburg, in one of its busier areas. The beach was right across the street from the house. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive at all times and made us feel very welcomed and safe in her house. We would choose to stay at her house again without a doubt.

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Lucienne . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans ce studio spacieux ,décoré avec soins ne manquant de rien. Merci à Lucienne et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. great place by the water in beautiful relaxing Marigot. Get away from it all, stay on the French side!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. Everything was perfect and we hope to book again. Highly recommend this listing!

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

Sid a été un excellent hôte, proactif, communicant et très professionnel ! Le Lowlands est un espace merveilleux et un choix de qualité pour un séjour de rêve à Sint Marteen ! Bien positionné, attractions dans un rayon très proche et environnement agréable.
