Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dushanbe

Ich habe in Erkins Apartment eine ganz besondere Erfahrung gemacht. Nach einer kleinen Lebensmittelvergiftung durch STREETFOOD war ich gesundheitlich ziemlich K.O. Erkin hat sich sofort um mich gekümmert – mit viel Fürsorge und Gastfreundschaft. Er bot mir sogar an, mich ins Krankenhaus zu bringen, war aber Gott sei Dank nicht notwendig. Ich habe dann nur mehr bei ihm gefrühstückt und zu manchmal hat er mir etwas als Abendessen gekocht. War mega Lecker trotz Schonkost. Also Fleischlaberln und Erdäpfelpüree mit Tomatensalat und Koriander. Zum Frühstück gabs hartgekoche Eier und russische Pancakes mit Sauerrahm und Honig. Das Zimmer selbst ist super schön mit Weinreben und nicen Ausblick via Balkon in die kleine Berglandschaft und Stadtviertel, es ist ruhig und sehr sauber – seine Familie putzt das Haus fast täglich, was man deutlich merkt. Mir gings hier super. Klare Empfehlung!

Madina e la sua famiglia sono stati host meravigliosi. Madina si è particolarmente mostrata molto paziente e pronta ad aiutare. L'alloggio è situato in un quartiere tranquillo e appartato, ma al contempo strategico per raggiungere a piedi la via del mercato e delle bancarelle locali. L'alloggio è in parte strutturato in modo che da un locale si entra in un altro: infatti dalla zona salotto si accede a un locale con scrivania e letto a castello, da quest'ultimo si ha accesso alla stanza munita di un letto matrimoniale (dal materasso tra l'altro comodo!). Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto pulito e dotato di apparecchi/elettrodomestici di qualità, nonché di molti armadi e cassetti. Abbiamo infine anche apprezzato lo spazio esterno coperto, attorniato da mura. Altamente raccomandato!

Very helpful and cooperative host. The property is good size and located in a quiet neighborhood. Just keep in mind to have your own backup internet, as the Wifi is not reliable and strong enough.

Personnel accueillant sur place et ils donnent des conseils sur la ville et les alentours. Bon endroit pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs.

The apartment is fantastic. Everything is perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. It is close to the inner city so we could walk most of the distances. Bahodur helped us whenever he could and always answered quickly.

Dotson was a great host - kind, helpful & very caring. He even picked me from the airport when he realized I didn’t have a SIM that worked. I can’t recommend his place enough. A stellar host that makes Airbnb worth it for all the right reasons! Thank you, Dotson!

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Dushanbe. Very spacious, luxurious and modern. Everything was perfect. The host was very accommodating as well. Highly recommended!

Really great place to stay, reliable utilities. And host so thoughtfully organised airport taxi and even tipped the driver in advance. Highly recommended.

The perfect place for a city break.

I had an amazing experience staying at Sharofiddin’s place. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. Sharofiddin is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. He was always available to help with anything I needed, provided great local recommendations, and made me feel truly welcome. His hospitality made my trip even more special. A great and relaxing space. We enjoyed our 3 weeks here very much. Gulguna from the outset was a great communicator. All questions prior to booking answered super fast and after our arrival the great communication continued. The apartment is in a great central location, you won’t need to take a taxi or bus at all and right next door is a great supermarket plus ATM which we had no issue using. We found the bed comfortable, AC units worked very well, kitchen amenities were sufficient for us, plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower and on arrival the apartment was nice and clean. You are among many families in this building and surrounding buildings, kids are playing in the courtyard but it never was too loud to bother us and in fact makes for a better experience to be among local families.

Firstly, thanks to host, who is great at communication, friendly and supportive. We had great communication before during and after our stay. She support us on all related or unrelated matters🙏Apartment itself. Was well equipped (coffee machine, dish washer, microwave, even airfryer) steam iron etc.) and comfortable enough for family stay. Probably you will face with internet problems but do not blame host cause its all around dushanbe I guess)
