Holiday rentals with a pool in Durban Point

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience staying here. Nikki and Tom went above and beyond as air b&b hosts and truly made my experience amazing. When I landed in Durban, they picked me up from the airport and after learning that my luggage was stuck in Joburg, they took me to the store so that I could get some toiletries and food for the day. They were so patient and warm in every interaction that I had with them. When we lost water, they brought me a 5 liter jug and were extremely communicative any time we lost water or electricity. I was in Durban for two months and struggled to find people to travel with and they literally adopted me most weekends to hang out with them at their beach club. Regarding the air bnb itself, it was the perfect size for me. It is in the safest neighborhood with great restaurants and a bakery within walking distance! There's fiber internet and a washing machine. Loved this little cottage, love Nikki and Tom, and love Durban!!

What an absolutely amazing place, totally worth it i can not use anyother words but stunning ,stunning ,stunning!! I was extremely impressed by the entertainment my little one had with all the toys. That was a big plus and the house was in such great condition everything worked and everything was perfect, the fact that there was shower gel,milk little muffins and so much more provided shows the attention to detail and care of the hosts amazing hospitality,she was so friendly and always available for assistance, not that we needed any but it was definitely a wonderful stay. Thank you so much may you continue to prosper.

This is my second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The place still looks as beautiful as it did in 2022. The place is well looked after. The beds a VERY comfortable (I need the name please🙈). Overall sis Lulu’s place is worth every cent and I will definitely be going back again. Sis Lulu I know my toddler was a bet loud apologies for that 🙏🏾.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kevin's place! He is a friendly host, who came to introduce himself in person the day after we arrived. He told us everything we needed to know about locks, doors, wifi, tv, etc. The place was clean and tidy, in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. We were down from Joburg for my husband to run Comrades - so he particularly loved the fact that this place, compared to many in the area, has a bath! Thank you Kevin - we loved our stay and will definitely come back when next we can!

It's really a huge and very nice house with what felt like an endless amount of rooms – perfect for a big family or group of friends. The neighborhood is calm and feels very safe. In october (when we went) it unfortunately was still to cold to use the swimming pool, but I can imagine it to be quite nice, just as the garden and balcony which are really nice to spend some time. The very nice, thoughtful domestic helper was there during the week and made sure that everything was clean and even offered to wash our clothes. Also, the dogs of the hosts were in the accomodation with us, so we had a little company during our stay :)

A very warm welcome first by Sean and Caitlin, by Janet after being back. After my arrival Janet's husband Sean gave me a tour through the neighborhood, showed me cafes, shopping options, restaurants, their favorite ones - offered from their avocado tree fresh fruits and lemons ...received very valuable instructions that monkeys couldn't enter the cottage, safety on beaches, pool was great when coming back late in the evening for a swim... when any questions an immediate response. On the hill a lovely view towards the harbour, a very safe, quiet neighborhood, easy walking to shops and cafes just a 10 Minute walk. Anyway in Durban one can walk a lot. Janet and her family made me feel like home the cottage in an "jungle garden" the outdoor seatings a great joy. Also the goodbye was very warm - when again in Durban that would by my choice, when available

Great location for a family. Private and quiet, yet an easy walk to beach and restaurants. Sandra the housekeeper was amazing!

We have just completed a 3 week stay with 4 adults sharing Loren's place. In our opinion it is the perfect place to stay if visiting Ballito. The apartment itself is large, very clean and extremely well equipped. The complex is very well maintained, in particular the pool and garden areas. It is also situated in an ideal spot with direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and is a within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking is secure and undercover. We can't add much more to all the other positive reviews which are spot on. For any golfers, we would highly recommend Umhlali Country Club golf course which is a 10 minute drive away.  Thanks especially to our hosts Loren, Deon and Viv who are on hand and very quick to respond should you need anything.

I spent 1 night at the house and really had a great time, the place is nice and clean with nice sea views. Paula has been an amazing host, very responsive,I strongly recommend it and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Our second stay at Filip’s place. Again, great location with everything you need. Beautiful views. Filip was a great host and the apartment is perfect. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and pubs.

Tyler’s place caters to every holiday need - from dazzling sea views to homely comforts. It had been the tastefully decorated without compromising on daily necessities. The complex and its surrounds are quiet, yet safe enough for a morning jog. Everything was just a quick drive away and what is better than falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean…

We will always stay there when we travel. Very convenient and within walking distance to all amenities. The views are amazing
