Apartment with very good location , we had everything nearby , the condominium is very quiet and with all the comforts for a quiet stay, there are no noisy neighbors, the guards and concierge are very friendly and helpful. We would always come back.

Edu is an excellent host! It helped me a lot and always pending.. I went for work but the place has several restaurants nearby, you can tell that it has a lot to do in the area and the apto was very good with everything you need for a good stay . I highly recommend it.

Amazing beautiful view apartment!!!!! Corner apartment with views that you will love during the day and evening. When I go to Ecuador I book Mabels place and when family visit Ecuador I recommend her place. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedroom. Very clean and organized. Has parking and building amenities are excellent. Hightly eecommend her apartment!!!

the apartment was very nice. Just to spend and visit relatives for a few days, it had all the necessary amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a large room and the room had a comfortable sofacam to sleep. In addition it had a washing machine, even we did not have the need to use it. the cuneta sector with quite a few shops, and squares outside the whole, something far from the city, but that is a separate issue, which does not influence the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended, if there is a new opportunity to travel we will book again

Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems.
