The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Away in the Bay, beachfront panorama, Free WiFi

Wake up at "Away in the Bay" and stroll across the road to the sheltered waters of Geographe Bay. A three minute walk into town for a coffee, meal or shop. Or experience the Margaret River region that specialises in food, wine, chocolate, cheese ...the more energetic can explore caves, snorkel, surf and dive in the Indian Ocean! The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

8 Paddocks- A premium, adults-only architectural retreat hidden within 180 acres of pasture and farmland. As one of only four secluded chalets on our expansive estate near Cowaramup, Chalet 3 offers an intimate escape from the everyday, intentionally designed to celebrate the slow pace of the Margaret River Wine Region. Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

Modern Dunsborough Escape (Free Wi-Fi)

A modern house in a superb location in the Dunsborough Lakes. Carnegie Drive has large open living spaces with small touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a BBQ with a 10 seater table perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also opens up to a large deck and plunge pool to keep you cool during those hot summer days. Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Whitesands Spa Cottage

Charming air-conditioned 1BR cottage nestled in peaceful leafy gardens, just a 2-min stroll to the beach. Features a king bed with hotel-quality linen, spacious bathroom with spa bath, private BBQ, and outdoor seating. Enjoy Smart TV, Wi-Fi & Stan. A scenic 3.7km walk or bike ride (BYO or hire) into town. Quietly located, it's an ideal base for exploring the region’s renowned wineries and natural beauty. Please note: no ocean views, no pets. Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
