Thoughtful and tidy. Close to a park, a shop and a 5min walk to the beach. Everything you need to feel good from the moment you arrive. Parking on the street is easy. Only downside: One of the bedrooms is in the attic and access is VERY dangerous, especially for young children. One of my own made the fee. I recommend it!

Everything was really perfect from start to finish! Very responsive and friendly host. Our arrival was prepared with care and kindness. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and furnished. We loved the place, very spacious, cozy and inviting. We immediately felt at home there, even better than the photos. The fenced garden is very convenient with a dog. The house allows quick access to the beach through the woods, and is next to small shops. So this is the opportunity to abandon the car for the duration of the stay. Communication with Andrea and Xavier went very well - thank you again. A wishlist and a successful vacation.

Nice spacious beautiful modern furnished house. Lovely to stay in. Large enclosed garden. Good for the dog. House is close to an equestrian farm for beach rides. Dunes and beach are within walking distance. Golf course nearby. Groceries can be done at the Carrefour 7 min drive.

this property was so comfortable and homely especially considering we were a family of 7. There was plenty of toys for the kids and they were very sad to leave this home. Would have loved to be able to spend time outside on a nice summer day with a glass of wine and some cheese.

we had a great time. Clean and well-appointed studio. Plenty of storage. Decentered so peaceful. Big highlights: welcome equipment that does not force us to run to the races when we arrive and the pool, life-saving for children in case of rain, even if not super charming, she does the job. We had the bad luck of being housed under very early morning infants. But hey... The downside that can turn into strength: the balcony is never in the sun, at least in May. In case of a heat wave, it can become a big highlight. Very appreciated bilingual welcome. Thanks Carl!!!

We had a wonderful stay over six nights. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary and has a great location in a very quiet area. The stunning sandy beach can be reached within two minutes on foot. Since it was still a little too cool to bathe in the sea in April, we were happy to use the heated pool. The hosts are super nice and communication worked smoothly despite language barriers.

The place was perfect for our stay with dog lady Paula with enclosed garden and 3 bedrooms. The beach and many other attractions were easily accessible by car. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Had a pleasant stay at Christelle's. The accommodation offered is very clean and comfortable. The environment is peaceful, and the neighboring farm really amused my 15-month-old girl, who was seeing animals from the farm so close for the first time. Christelle is a friendly host, discreet and respectful of the privacy of her visitors. I really recommend this place!

We have a wonderful stay behind the back in Martine's home. Everything was super clear to welcome. The large spacious kitchen and the extra fridge made sure we had enough space to tidy everything up nicely. It really felt like a home. All the amenities for the kids are great, from games to dining chair and plates. Really great! Highly recommended! We are already looking into our agendas for a next date for staying in this cottage! An extra plus, you can go to the restaurant for breakfast, very easy the last day of our stay!

Our stay was perfect all around! Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Vanessa and her husband was excellent – he is a very friendly and warm host. The hot tub was a real highlight that we could enjoy on two days – everything very clean and well maintained. The large yard was ideal: enough space to park the cars safely, and the kids had plenty of room to play, romp, and play football. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this wonderful time!

The apartment was super nicely decorated and the view of the beach was fantastic. The communication with Tom was also great and our concern was taken care of directly. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

2 adults, a kid and a dog, we loved the place! For the price it's wonderful, Jan is very friendly and easy-going, very responsive. The house has everything you could need including a tuinhuis with lots of extras like bikes, skateboards and outdoor lounge chairs, and darts! We had perfect weather so really enjoyed the large garden and BBQ. The house is obviously an older holiday home which is reflected in the price, so anyone expecting brand new hotel feel is a bit silly really. But everything worked well, my daughter is already asking when we can go back.

This place is highly recommended! This cottage is absolutely adorable, it sits beside Dominique and Alain's house on a cute little pond. There are cats and geese and ducks wandering around, but they didn't make any noise at all! Inside, the cottage is so clever in the layout, with everything you need, from kitchen supplies (vinegar, oil, salt, sugar) to blankets and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable and the Vellux blinds kept it very dark upstairs. Alain gave me tips on hiking (I did the Ballade des Katts walk to the monastery directly from the path beside the property). The local beer in the fridge was a very nice touch and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was good because the cell reception was patchy. The landscape is beautiful and the WWI sights are poignant and well signposted. Don't miss the daily 8 pm commemoration for the fallen in Ypres at the Menon Gate. When the bagpipes played Amazing Grace, there were tears...

Jean-Paul's house is very nice, well-decorated, well laid out. It is very functional for the 8 people we were but would have been just as functional. We enjoyed great weather and the proximity to the beach is a real plus. Jean-Paul was very friendly, accurate in his directions and responsive. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful apartment directly on the sea. The children were able to go directly from the apartment to the Dunen and on the beach. Nevertheless, very centrally located, everything within walking distance. The apartment is simple but well furnished with parents room with double bed and children's room with up to 6 beds. Quiet location (driving ban). Possibility to rent relatively cheap parking (35 euros/week) The owner is easily accessible and is open to all questions We loved it here and I'm sure we'll be back
