Holiday rentals with beach access in Dunkerque Centre

Tolle Unterkunft mit großartiger Dachterasse. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement a à la fois une très belle baie vitrée et une terrasse côté mer, mais également deux chambres avec une terrasse au soleil levant. C'est très lumineux. L'emplacement de parking est particulièrement apprécié, et l'accès par le niveau moins un facile pour accéder à l'ascenseur. Claude est très réactive et guide parfaitement l'arrivée ainsi que les demandes en cours de séjour. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée avec des "fonds" dans la cuisine pour pouvoir cuisiner sans acheter tous les essentiels. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec ma fille et trois petits enfants qui ont bien profité de la digue, du sable, de la mer, des cuistax et des glaces. Je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Très bel appartement lumineux, avec tout le confort nécessaire, à proximité des commerces et de la plage.

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Die Kinder konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus in den Dunen und am Strand. Trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gut eingerichtet mit Elternzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kinderzimmer mit bis zu 6 Betten. Ruhige Lage (Fahrverbot). Möglichkeit zu relativ günstige Parkplatzmiete (35 Euro/Woche) Der Eigentümer ist gut erreichbar und steht für alle Fragen offen Wir haben es hier sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Das schicke Apartment hat eine Superlage direkt am Strand. Stadtmitte Dunkerque zu Fuß in 25 m erreichbar. Wer gerne Rad fahren möchte, findet unmittelbar neben dem Apartment einen freundlichen Radverleih. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - merci.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули и провели время в этом месте. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Локализация потрясающая, одна минута до моря. Мартина отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин, оперативно была на связи с нами. Для удобства жильцов есть все необходимое и даже больше. Мартина действительно позаботилась о комфортном пребывании, все продумано до мелочей. При развитой инфраструктуре, это место тихое и уютное. Отличным преимуществом есть бесплатный паркинг возле дома. Мы обязательно вернёмся сюда снова.

Un studio parfaitement situé, des hôtes chaleureux et accueillants. Notre petit séjour à Bray Dunes a été parfait. Nous recommandons vivement. Encore merci pour tout.

Etant en déplacement professionnel avec 2 collègues sur la région Dunkerqueoise, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Christophe. Il nous accueillis avec le sourire et une bonne bouteille de vin. La maison était quant à elle conforme a nos attentes et très bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance qui se dégage de cette maison.

Superbe logement que celui proposé par Nat, avec une décoration et des aménagement très jolis. Le jardin est paisible et ensoleillé, la literie de qualité, et la maison bien équipée. Proche de la plage à pied, ainsi que de tous les commerces nécessaires et juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus (bus gratuit pour tous à Dunkerque). Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville et les environs !

Séjour très agréable de deux nuits entre amis. Accès à la mer à pieds. La maison est dans un état impeccable avec beaucoup de soins à l’équipement. On s’y sent très bien, spacieux. Eddy est très réactif. C’est une adresse que l’on va conserver si l’on doit retourner dans la région. 😀

Par rapport à nos séjours précédents chez Kaat, rien n'a changé .... et c'est tant mieux. Nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits du logement et de son équipement qui correspondent à la description faite. Le contact avec Kaat est amical, facile et sa réactivité est irréprochable. C'est clair, ceci n'était pas notre dernier séjour dans le logement de Kaat.

My husband and I love Virginie’s beach house. Knowing we can bring our dogs along makes a lovely trip away for us from the UK. The house is lovely and clean and the garden is secure and very peaceful. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s a relaxing break without having to drive anywhere. We definitely recommend to anyone. Look forward to returning soon.

Le logement d'isabelle est vraiment exceptionnel, tant dans son confort, dans l'équipement, la tranquilité et la proximité de la plage (15 min à pied). Le stationnement dans la propriété est aussi un plus non négligeable, surtout à la côte. Beau jardin privatif et clôturé = une belle sécurité pour les enfants. Isabelle répond très rapidement aux demandes. A recommander.

Heel fijn huisje voor onze groep van 6 volwassenen en 2 kindjes. Alles was proper en in goede staat, er is ook veel materiaal aanwezig in de keuken wat het aangenaam maakt om zelf te koken. De tuin is super wanneer het mooi weer is! We hadden steeds een vlotte en aangename communicatie met Tinne en Jo.

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

Die Wohnung von Ines ist perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als Familie mit Kindern, die Nähe zum Strand und Meer sind überragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Randy (vor Ort) war immer sehr höflich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit.

The apartment was clean, spacious and welcoming. The four of us were very comfortable and if back in the area would want to stay again. Excellent location, walking distance to everything, but very peaceful. Jeremy was super responsive and attentive to any questions we had and we would absolutely recommend the host and property.

Super verblijf met hele vriendelijke hosts. Het appartement is goed verzorgd en alles is aanwezig en ruim voldoende servies e.d. We hebben genoten van het verblijf en het is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die naar de kust wil en een appartement met fantastisch uitzicht zoekt.

We loved visiting Dunkirk and it’s history. The apartment added to that sense of history with its location and interesting features and helped to bring the Dunkirk story to life. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We parked very close by and everything was within walking distance . Great location to visit the main attractions and buses are free if you want to go out further to visit the Dunkirk war cemetery. Dunkirk has an amazing number of great beach bars and restaurants literally 5 minutes from the apartment which was great. A perfect place to stay whether you’re a couple like us or if you had children. We could see it would be a perfect place to bring children along too. Sylviannne has thought of everything .

Appartement très bien aménagé et convivial. Situé au calme au bord de l'eau. Belle balade nature à faire juste à côté. Environnement petit friendly. Mon chien était heureux ! Petits commerces accessibles à pieds et petite place du centre ville animée. Nous recommandons vivement et Francine qui gère l'accueil et le départ est aux petits soins 🌟 merci pour ce beau séjour

Second séjour dans cet appartement. Un troisième est déjà programmé en juillet….nous y reviendrons certainement d’ici là…encore faut-il qu’il soit libre car, à juste titre, il est très demandé. Nous nous y sentons très bien. Entouré de commerçants, à qq minutes à pied de la digue de mer, c’est un emplacement idéal. Donatien est toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement.
