There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park.
