Upstairs apartment in central location. 1 king & 1 queen bedroom + single bed. Large open plan living lounge area modern fully decked out kitchen. 1 Bathroom with spa bath and laundry. Desk for working at and large table for meetings or dining. It has everything you need and you can walk to octagon...see other things to note re parking. This is a luxury stay with tons of appeal. Clean & tidy & sheets are by laundry service so always fresh. Not all Airbnb’s are equal and my reviews reflect this.

Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi.
