Great place if you want the upper west side. So close to Central Park. Outside patio is huge and was messy because some trash and boxes were left out there but still an amazing place for hosting people or just relaxing outside. A true luxury in the city. Beautiful bathroom and great little kitchen. Best studio for the money anywhere in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Tami’s place. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the subway, which made it easy to explore the city. It’s also close to a lovely park, which was great for a quick walk or some time outdoors. The private room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and very comfortable – just as described. While getting to some parts of Manhattan can take around 45 minutes by subway, it was never an issue for us. Tami was a great host – communication was smooth, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the apartment on the day we arrived. All in all, a perfect stay. We'd definitely come back!

Soggiornare a casa di Terence e’ stata un’esperienza unica. Casa curata al dettaglio, vista pazzesca sullo skyline di Manhattan, ambienti molto puliti, arredamento curato al dettaglio, letto e cuscini comodissimi. Facile raggiungere la city grazie alla metro molto vicina e allo stesso tempo una zona silenziosa dove potersi riposare e rilassare. Terence e’ un host molto gentile, pro attivo e flessibile. Se vuoi stare ad una 20ina di minuti da Manhattan in una casa ampia, bella e comoda, consiglio fortemente di soggiornare da Terence.

Un lujo hospedarnos aquí. El anfitrión estuvo atento a toda hora, con sugerencias efectivas y muy útiles. Así también, se preocupó de que todo fuera bien y no nos faltara nada. Con respecto al lugar, muy hermoso, nuevo y cuidado. También, había muchos regalitos ricos de cortesía que son perfectos y muy oportunos cuando uno llega cansado de tanto viaje. A futuro, lo volveremos a elegir. Además, muy cerca a 1 cuadra de donde pasan los buses y a pocos minutos de la mejor parte de Manhattan. Recomiendo!!

Kerry was an amazing host! This was my first solo trip and first time in the big city, she helped me get familiar with my surroundings on my first night by taking me for a stroll in her neighborhood and showing me so many cool spots! She’s so easy to converse with. Her help with navigation and recommendation of places to see, and eat, really gives you the “being a local” feel! thank you kerry! It truly was a pleasure!!

Marjorie was very nice and super helpful - she even ordered for me an Amazon package I needed (and wouldn’t have gotten otherwise!). I’m very grateful for how my stay went and really liked staying at both her home and the quiet area :) would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Beautiful place, my family and I absolutely loved it! It was very stylish, homey, and just all around comfortable. Location was great as it only took 10-15 min to get to the city. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

found this place last minute with a good weekend deal. place just as pictured. the parking is a must need. need great parking skills for anyone with an SUV or Van, which we did as the garage is tight. check in was seemless. bathroom was nice and bed was great. I think place needs some more pots for cooking would return.

I had a really nice and quiet stay here. The place was clean, warm, and welcoming, and I didn’t have any issues during my visit. It felt like a peaceful little getaway, even for just one night. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing stay!

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Exactly what i was looking for. Bedroom, full bathroom, wifi, laundry, and a shelf in the fridge. Never used the kitchen, although he was very friendly letting me know it was available for use when i checked in. Parking not perfect, but i always found a spot in the lot or nearby on the road.

Good host. Very responsive. Very clean home.
