Come and relax in this quiet and brand new accommodation just rated one star, on the outskirts of a small village in the Landes, 10 minutes from the Eugénie les Bains spa and 40 minutes from Marciac. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with toilet (access through the bedroom), dining room-kitchen, 21 m2 all plus 15 m2 terrace. The accommodation is accessed by a staircase and a private entrance, a parking space is reserved for you.

This cottage is perfect for a stay for two, you will enjoy a garden with a view of the Gers countryside, access to a very large swimming pool 14 m long and 7 m wide, with sunbathing, and a bench. For lovers of visits you are in the heart of Bas Armagnac, with beautiful properties to visit!!
