Townhouse holiday rentals in Duck Key

Our stay was great for a family of 5. Vaulted ceilings, CLEAN bathrooms, nice tile, fixtures, plush towels and bath rugs, lots of pool towels, large couch, huge dining table, immaculate stocked kitchen, ice and water dispensers in fridge, short walk to a heated pool, deep canal steps away (under construction) and next to a full service marina. Parking easy, check in seamless. Great for kids lots of space to spread out, multiple porches, quiet, central location. Brian was easy to work with. Could improve: Master bath barn door (not shown in listing) did not open/close easily. The toilet is awkwardly close to the bed (you can reach the bed from the toilet). Also, if you can get the barn door shut, the gaps btwn the door are so big it doesn’t offer any privacy. We used the other 2 toilets in the house instead of the one in the master. A regular door there would be a big improvement. Beds were average, sheets were low quality, window blinds, pots and pans have seen better days.

Claire had an emergency which caused her to forget to contact house cleaning but she was awesome to work with and went over and above to make it right when we told her of the problem. You won’t find a more beautiful private place to stay. Location is as good as it gets. Claire was a great host and we really appreciated it.

Lucia’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location in one of the most beautiful areas of the country. I highly recommend walking down to the marina and taking a siesta under one of the cabanas facing the bay. The other thing I appreciated about Lucia’s place was the simplicity of the close out. An excellent choice I highly recommend to all.

Jack and Susan are wonderful hosts! Their home is beautiful. It felt like home and the small, private beach area was so peaceful. Susan gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do and was always responsive to all questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 8 stayed Feb 2025. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and Jose supplied a starter set of toiletries for the shower, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, some coffee pods, and spices for cooking. They supplied large beach towels for the pool, a small cooler, and noodles. The oasis pool and hot tub were awesome. Don’t miss the second pool by the marina that is heated and a hot tub grotto which was perfect in the evenings. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, you just can’t beat it! This townhome is located near many restaurants and fun places for activities. You enter the home from the first floor but second floor is the main living area with full kitchen, living room, and nice balcony. Two bedrooms are on the third floor so lots of stairs but worth the trip. First floor has a private king bedroom with a pull out couch in the living area and a small kitchen. Laundry room is in a storage area outside next to the front door. We loved our stay and Jose!

Dean’s condo was exactly as pictured. The complex was beautiful and very well maintained. We loved having a few restaurants to walk to as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to take your boat & 1st time in Marathon. Make sure you take all spices with you, there was nothing in cabinets. Location was great for us a little air traffic, but not a deal breaker. Thank you Joe for your quick responses we appreciated it.

Ana Paula's condo was exactly as described: clean, plenty of amenities, well-organized, and an AMAZING coffee bar. It's proximity to the pools and beach were very convenient. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. When we reached out with questions, they responded almost immediately. They even had special "gifts" waiting for us upon arrival as a "thank you" and "congratulations" for our anniversary. It's the best AirBNB we have ever stayed. Highly recommend!

This was our first time at Indigo Reef and we had a great time. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Carol was fantastic, she responded quickly and has very helpful. We had a wonderful family vacation!

It was a great place for vacation very clean. The maid was very nice. We did come a little earlier than we were supposed to but it’s OK things happen. Just want to thank you again my phone actually got broke yesterday so I couldn’t give you the survey yesterday or I would’ve I got water in it at the keys. Lol but thank you so much. Our Moon Bay condo was great for a vacation/workcation centered on my husband’s dive master certification. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The pool and grounds are lovely, clean, safe, and well-maintained. This unit is just a few steps to the pool, very convenient. The minor downside is you’ll usually hear some background noise from the pool equipment while on the screened porch, and sometimes other resident/guest music being played by the pool. A few recommendations or standouts in the Key Largo area: -Rainbow Reef - Diving trips, training -Pennekamp - snorkeling tours -History of Diving Museum - fascinating history, equipment even for the non-diver -Mike’s BBQ 101 truck - perfect takeaway break from seafood -Lazy Lobster - surprise tiki lounge space in back; stellar key lime pie -Gardenia’s Bistro - bougie but brilliant garden cafe, gift shop -C&C Wood Fire Eats - pizza and great apps -Caribbean Club - beers and sunsets

Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Had plenty of room for our family of 6. Steps from the pool. Gorgeous sunsets. Great location close to many local dive centers.

This house was so comfortable and accommodating! The weather was bad the first 4 days of our trip and it was so nice to have the game room to keep us entertained! Everything you need and more!

Wonderful place to stay and great location for multiple key adventures throughout your stay. My family and I enjoyed the stay. We will definitely stay with little torch cottages again!

For staying in the keys with a couple of friends in a more private high end community, this house was perfect. Sleeping up to 6 and coming with a boat slip, I was able to bring 5 of my closest friends down for Memorial Day weekend and spend the time on the beautiful keys water, a close walk to just about everything on one of the most favored key islands, duck key provided everything and more for what I needed, wanted, and could look for. A great host and very helpful through the entire process. Checking the calendar for when I can come back to enjoy it again, and it can’t come soon enough.

We had a great time at this place! The host was great and super responsive even at 1am! She was proactive in letting us know that if we wanted to we could enter the property early! The home was beautiful and had all that we need if we wanted to cook! We had a great time and appreciate the host and her home!

Super cute home with lovely outdoor sitting spaces. Most of home updated with exception of bathrooms. Coffee pot did not fill completely but there was Keurig alternative. Limited number of washcloths available. Loved outdoor seating and really enjoyed watching all the birds and wildlife. Excellent location close to many activities

Christina's home was beautiful and clean. Our three girls would have been perfectly happy staying at the condo for the entirety of our stay and using the community amenities like the lagoon and pools. The lagoon was amazing, it was like snorkeling in an aquarium. We snorkeled in the ocean while we were there, and all agreed it was better in the lagoon! we would highly recommend Christina's home if you are planning a stay in the Keys!

Our family of 5 with grown teen/adults, loved staying at Bonefish. The view of the marina, morning and night was peaceful. The townhome was spotless. We enjoyed the pool, loved that it was heated. Played pickle ball. Met some nice folks and they gave lots of local hangout recommendations. Franks Grill was fantastic, but make reservations. The beach down the road was a little disappointing, it is covered in mass amounts of seaweed. Beds were comfy. Overall very relaxing vacation!! The place was beautiful, would recommend and stay here again if ever back in Marathon.

Allison's place in Duck Key was perfect. exactly as advertised, clean and well-equipped. it is so peaceful there, with a great view from which tk enjoy morning coffee and/or afternoon glass of wine. proxikity to amenities is just right. would definitely return.

Would give this place 6 stars if possible. Exceptionally responsive host. Well priced for the area. Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped for a family vacation.

We love Keys! This place is kinda in the middle of everything, with Key West 90 minutes or so away. The residence is very clean, and the plunge pool (and floaties!) was appreciated by the kids. A great place!

Staying at Lissette’s place was an absolute joy! It was so clear that she takes great pride in making sure her guests are comfortable, and well taken care of, with every detail lovingly considered. The condo has a great vibe and a positive, restorative feel. The decor was adorable, the beds were comfortable (especially the king!), and my kids loved the Murphy bed arrangement in the little cove just off of the living room. The property is close to great restaurants, and the amenities including pool, jacuzzi, gym and game room are wonderful! Although our stay was short (2 nights), we felt we got so much out of this long weekend get-away! I’ve been on Airbnb for almost 10 years, and Lissete is the best host ever, super communicative, and genuinely cares that her guests are happy! We would love to come back!
