Peaceful self-contained studio apartment at the top of the Howth Hill. The studio has a stunning view. It has a kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a bathroom. The Summit Inn, which serves food, is a three minute walk away, as is a shop selling essentials. There are buses to Howth village, Howth train station and Dublin City Centre. Hill and cliff walks are on the doorstep The studio is attached to a family home with its own separate staircase and entrance.

We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park, Killiney Beach and the villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep. The station to catch a train to Dublin City is an easy 10 min walk away. The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
