Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. Enjoy a relaxed stay at this luxurious city pad, which is located in a quiet residential area. 3 mins walk to Seapoint beach, Blackrock. 5 mins walk to beautiful Blackrock village with its fashionable restaurants and bars. Monkstown is a 10 min stroll along the lovely seaside prom. Dun Laoighre is 15 mins walk to its marina and many sailing clubs. 3 mins walk to the Dart station to access Dublin city centre with its famous museums and art galleries or a use a public bus number 4, 7, 7A.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
