Photos of this property do not do it justice. It is such a lovely comfortable home in the most beautiful surroundings. The outdoor areas were perfect to sit and enjoy the amazing pool. This property is one of our favourites so far. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Perfect accommodation, we did not lack anything. just perfect.

A fabulous spot for a family celebration on a very hot weekend! The house was spotless and the pool was sparkling! Reverse cycle air conditioning was so good and it was such a great house for us all to enjoy. Great location and private garden and deck. Was difficult to leave. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!!

Was an amazing place very big, we had a large family of 16 and the house could cater for our needs very easily and didn’t feel like we were on top of ourselves.

This is our second stay at Erica’s and we will be back again. Perfect stay for the family, spacious inside and out. Pool is a hit as were all the extra drinks and snacks. Perfectly stocked pantry with all the essentials and comfy beds. Thanks again!

Lovely stay, beds were very comfortable, nice bedding and pillows, the pool was fun and quite warm.

This is a fantastic house at a very reasonable price. Situated right near the paths to the zoo, the house has a delightful but tasteful zoo theme throughout that would please any family. The yard was perfect for the family dog, secure and tidy snd pleasant to sit in. The house had all the amenities you would want and was well presented. Definitely on my list when I need to travel to Dubbo.

The place was in a good location, it was clean and tidy

Ally was fantastic.She went above & beyond when fulfilling our request.She even kept some chocolates and milk in the fridge for my kids and put the A/C on before hand since it's a hotday.Also gave us a late checkout because we arrived late with the kids.Even her cleaning lady is a wonderful person.I recommend to anyone who wants to stay at Dubbo please book Ally's place because she deserve it.❤️❤️❤️

Lovely home and our guys were very comfortable. Would happily stay here again. We have also booked another one of their accommodations for another work stint in the area as our workers were very comfortable and the company that looks after these places were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Great place to stay at Dubbo. Highly recommended. Right in the center of the city with everything so close by (mostly walk-able distance). Very peaceful neighbourhood with no disturbances. House is equipped with almost all one can ask for. My son enjoyed the basket ball hoop and PS4 game. TV in both living room and kids room was very enjoyable by our family. Kitchen was equipped with nice collection of utensils and basic groceries which was very helpful for us as we planned all the meals to be made at home due to my mom's meal preferences. The staff at BNB was easily reachable/available for support for anything in need. Overall great place to stay as a family in Dubbo. We will recommend to our family and friends.

Highly recommended for a family or a group who like quiet and peaceful abnb. This is one of the best properties I have stayed. Timmy made our stay easy by promptly communicating our concerns. Everything is exactly as described or even better. Just the thing is we need to get our own drinking water as the tap water there was not very clean. Host might have mentioned it on description too. Overall, we had best two nights here. Thank you host.

Excellent home very comfortable

Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing stay over in Dubbo. Easy access with off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Handy laundry facilities as well.

A great stay at this Dubbo property situated in a new sub division. It is not close to shops and restaurants but the location is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend a stay here, a very modern property catering for all your needs for a short or long stay. The garage was an added bonus.

Great location - good access to property, yet away from main through traffic roads. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with good appliances. Lounge and dining were practical and comfy, dishwasher a bonus. Laundry and bathrooms were all appointed. Work space was a bonus, reasonable space for laptop and work plans, note pad etc. Large garage was excellent for security - carry expensive equipment. Also there was a significant summer storm with hail - good to have vehicle undercover. Excellent communication and information available. Thanks, had a very good stay would definitely visit again.
