Part of the common areas of a private castle under renovation, town centre 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike, hiking and cycling trails, Loire castles (Chambord 40 minutes), close to Orléans. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

You will find a sauna, a canoe and a municipal swimming pool. The track "Loire by bike" is at 200m. The Chambord Castle is at 20 minutes and the one of Blois is at 40 minutes. It will takes one hour to go to the Beauval zoo. The garden is fully enclosed and landscaped. New 2023 : the bedrooms are equiped with air conditionning.

You will appreciate the calm of the place and can enjoy eating in the shade of the pergola. For pétanque lovers you can enjoy the courtyard and for relaxation lovers the Jacuzzi will seduce you.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. 20 m2 studio located in a small quiet condominium located close to shops: bakery, Lidl. The banks of the Loire for walks as well as the discovery of the Loire Castles, such as Cheverny, Chambord... 5 minutes from the BMX Stadium of the Chapelle St Mesmin. 10 minutes from the highway: Meung-sur-Loire or Chapelle Saint Mesmin You will have street parking and a barn to park your bikes or motorcycles.

Small independent maisonette of 51 m² that accommodates up to 5 people. You can air out in the 450 m² garden and relax in the jacuzzi area (additional service fee). I advise you to visit the banks of the Loire 10 min, Orléans 15 min and Chambord 30 min, by car. The gardens of Roquelin, the medieval city of Beaugency, its castle... Cléry-Saint-André is a must-see on the way to St Jacques de Compostela with its Basilica of Notre-Dame de Cléry.
