Designed for the comfort of one or two quiet guests., the Caravan has a double bed, padded bench seats, desk, sink & heat. Outside there is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen; a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet, & sink; private outdoor shower completes this unique and lovely glamping retreat. Located in a walking neighborhood close to campus, downtown, the hospital, grocery stores, and the tech firms. It has a private backyard, a large family room, a kitchen, W/D, A/C, wifi, smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more), a supportive queen bed, comfortable sofa bed (no crossbar), and a daybed that can pull out to make a king.

The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Sunflower Guest Studio

Our 325 sq ft second floor studio has a private entrance, living/ bedroom combo, kitchen and bathroom. There's a comfy queen bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is stocked with various necessities for your own delicious meal preparation. The deck provides a relaxing place to watch the birds and enjoy the garden. It’s two miles from OSU, one mile to a natural foods store and adjacent to Willamette Park's trails, sports fields and river paths.

Quiet Neighborhood Cozy Studio

Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

Tranquil Garden Home in College Hill

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.
