When we are not in town, guest are more than welcome to stay. It's perfect for a couple that wants extra space; downstairs there's a living room, kitchen/dining and a half bathroom, and upstairs the bedroom, landing area and full bathroom with shower and tub. With all supplies needed of course.

It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.
