Pokovica poseduje odvojenu sobu sa singl i fancuskim ležajem, galeriju sa velikim francuskim lezajem, opremljenu kuhinju, kupatilo, veliki dnevni boravak, dve velike terase, kamin na drva i podno grejanje, kao i rostilj za goste.
