In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

A fantastic vacation home as part of a lovingly preserved property from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful Dreiburgenland. Enjoy peace and relaxation in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by green areas, forests and a lake. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor with hallway, living room with fireplace and sofa bed also extendable as double bed, bedroom with double bed also individually adjustable, kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire area + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + grill cutlery, etc. Charcoal must/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optional!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables only to a limited extent in the house!

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
