Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress. My stay at the Lodge has always been very pleasant, free provided snacks and water every week. The bed was always nice to stay in with plenty of pillows. The hosts are very nice to speak with, and I look forward to seeing them whenever I visit. The Lodge is always very accommodating to any needs or worries I have had. The only issue, and a small one at that, was the wifi sometimes stops working. They were very quick to reset and it works quite well.

Todd has always been very quick to respond, very complete in the answers. House is quiet, easy to access- country feel yet close to town. There are two big grocery stores within 5 minutes as well as a number of great restaurants. The house has always been super clean including bedding, kitchen,bath etc. I have stayed here now 2 times and am trying to make it the "go-to" when I am in the area. The home is clearly of some age by design but very modern, well kept, and up to date. This is clearly a well maintained property. I come to town and have generally 4-5 days intense meetings and the quiet of the home, the privacy, and the comfort make it a place I seek on all return trips. It is well suited for an individual and a couple perhaps. The one bedroom design is perfect for me- I don't feel like I am forced to rent "extra" space just to not be in a hotel. This home fits.

Lyubov’s house was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Spartanburg! The rental is very clean and well taken care of. The owners are also responsive and extremely helpful. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood that is very easy to get to. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and will be back in the future!
