Our place is in the quiet garden area village with fenced territory, large terrace with canopy and garden sofas for relaxing days, private hot tub (additional fee) to warm up and relax in chill evenings and canopy with dining furniture set and grill for those who are grilling fans. Green territory will give guests relaxation and peace, indoors one can enjoy sauna and large TV with many apps, also a few table games. Dome is NOT included.

Located in Biržai, Vileišiškės village, the rural tourism homestead "Vienkiemio oazė" can now accommodate guests in up to 5 different private cottages. One of them is the "Fairy Tale House". The homestead combines the extraordinary tranquility of the countryside and modern coziness. Home is located on the banks of the Daugava River with a beautiful panoramic view of it. Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.

On offer is one room apartment on the 4th floor. The studio apartment is equipped with a mini kitchen and two double beds (90x200cm) to be able to enjoy the evenings with travel companions. Beds can be made up separately or together. Kitchen equipped with microwave and BBQ function, fridge, kettle; fast WiFi and TV, comfortable sofa or lounge chair; modern bathroom with separate shower, hairdryer. The property has a professionally equipped shared kitchen and a washing machine.
