The house offers privacy, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a children's play area and a fenced garden with a winter terrace. It's the perfect place for total relaxation. It is located just 10 km from the ski resort in Tatranská Lomnica.

Completely renovated historic stone house, built by the founder of the village Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2, 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The house is furnished in a period style. Glass entrance porch and garden available only for guests Barbecue and fireplace in front of the house just a few meters from the water reservoir and a beautiful stream.

Pri rannom vstavani mozete zažit krásny Východ slnka , a Večer pozorovať nočnú oblohu plnu hviez.. Túto samotu odporúčame hlavne ludim ktorí potrebuju zresetovať, sme bez wifi, tv. Terasa poskytuje krásny vyhlad na okolie , v tichosti možete sledovat vtaky, aj zver Psik je povoleny len maleho vzrastu do 6 kg popripade nám napíšte. Prenajom bez služieb.

Welcome to our lake house, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. Travelers will enjoy unique playful interiors. The tiny house is surrounded by forests but only few minutes from the historical downtown of Banska Bystrica.
