Life in the forest. Bembis (Lejas Akmeņlauži)

A true off-the-grid cabin (only electricity connection). The house is not an ethnographic copy, but the size of its rooms (4 x 5m) and its construction correspond to a farmhouse from a few centuries ago. You can easily wash your hands and dishes from a refillable water tank, there is a kitchenette with an electric stove, a wood-burning stove on which you can also cook food, and a composting biotoilet. There is a small river a few dozen meters away, as well as limestone springs. The main thing here is to enjoy peace and nature.

Mīļmājiņa

The price of the house includes a jacuzzi (can be used throughout the stay), a grill, charcoal and fuel. During the summer season (from May 1 to September 30) there is a well-equipped, spacious outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture. For an additional fee of 35eur - a real, fantastic country sauna with wood burning, called "Alfred's dark sauna" is available. It gives you a phenomenal feeling! Please inform us at least 1 day before the arrival date about your wish to use the sauna. You can use it throughout your stay.

OH DEER holiday house

Cosy, calm and modern holiday house with sauna and hot tub with jacuzzi. Location only 4 km from city centre in the middle of forest. We offer comfortable and silent stay outside of the city. Holiday house is equipped with all necessary things to stay- heating, AC, well equipped kitchen, WC, shower, smart TV, free car parking. One double bed is located on loft, and foldable sofa is located in living room. Sauna and hot tub is for extra charge- bathtub 60EUR, Sauna 30 EUR. Pets are not allowed!

Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920
